WHEN WE GATHER INFORMATION

Equine Services

Personal information about you and the animals in your care when we provide services to you, or your pets as described in Terms and Conditions. We may share this information with third parties including other professionals (vets, body workers, nutritionists) and professional bodies regulating animal welfare.

Event Sign up

We use and process your Personal information to register your interest in online events. For this purpose, we may use your IP address, e-mail address, name, location, nationality and payment details. We need the information because of the legal agreement we enter with you. We hold this information on our record until the event has completed, and thereafter for the mandatory statutory period for the retention of data purposes.

Third-party activity

We share your personal information with selected business parties with your consent, and when legally required to. For example, when providing training on behalf of our business partners strictly limited to terms of use described in this Privacy Policy statement.

Online Purchases

On our Web Store when we you purchase products and services, we gather your Personal information for the purposes of processing your application properly. We may pass on your data to the delivery service to have goods delivered to you. 

Contact form

When you submit contact form we collect your IP address, e-mail address, and name. We do this with your consent and hold the information about you for mandatory statutory period for the retention of data purposes. This allows us to easily access the information in an event of follow up communication.
